Not too much going on in top.  The only thing as I mentioned earlier was the 
256MB RAM.  But what really bothers me is that I do not have the problem from 
anywhere else other than from the location with a netgear ProSafe VPN firewall. 
 Sorry I forgot to mention that firewall...   I'm going to attempt to bypass 
the firewall when at that location to see if the problem persists.
