The mail clients I know of do change the folder names e.g. (Outlook, Outlook
express, Thunderbird, @OpenWebmail ..) so why not here?
As for INBOX - that IS changed through translation, so therefore any other box
except Inbox should be the ones to have special meaningSent from the
