[Phpgroupware-users] mailing-list user - whats wrong? (ref:calendar+email bug threads)

exceptionally i do a crossposting as i
am afraid that the address@hidden has
a malfunction, because:

sometime mails arrive delayed by days. sometime never....

examples:

a)28.2.06-15:37p i sent a new thread "email bugs"
up to now 1.3.06-09:59a not rcvd from mailserver

b)some messages arrive 3 times....(not considering crosspostings)

c)as per

Andre Garezia sent a message conc new application on 16.2. but
it arrived per mail only 1.3. - and 2times...

kindly send me some background. are the mailinglists not
supported anymore? do i need to write to the Forum ?
(i heard the opposite)

a) IMAP -POP3

user can see the folders only with IMAP setting
if someone wants to use POP3 instead, he can
not see outbox/trash/sent......

b) email search

never finds anything. never. any hint on that ?

c) email filter
---------------
works fine but only if you click "ALL filter"
better would be that this is done automatically
when mails are collected

d) emails collecting from server

i did not find a rule or timeset. i.e. i send
a mail to several users in a group (all on same
mailserver) some arrive immediately, some after a
minute, some after 10minute.....  any idea ?
