I installed phpgroupware a few weeks ago. Since I didn't have LDAP going, I did not set it up with LDAP support.

I'm finding that I cannot send e-mails now from the calendar. If I try to add an e-mail address to a user, it will not take the changes.

How do I move to an LDAP environment without going through the setup again and hence losing everything in the database?

This has nothing to do with using LDAP or SQL for accounts.

I would suggest you provide some info about your install environment
such as Linux (or Windoze), Apache (or IIS), db, PHP and phpgw versions
so we have some idea of what might be going on.

As for the conversion there are tools in setup to do that. You need to
make the changes under step site config and then it will give you the
ldap setup options use the copy to ldap option. Note all passwords are
set to "x" when you do this. This is done quickly from memory so you
might have to look before you click.
