[Phpgroupware-users] Sitemgr block for rss feeds

Ok, after some fiddling and test i've completed my RSS block display
for rss feeds, attached.

Some note:

+ quick code, there's no copyright banner but consider it GPL;
+ i used lastRSS (http://lastrss.webdot.cz/) as a rss parser library,
 i've found id both simple and small, with less dependencies... i don't
 know if there's some better choice;
+ i think there's some better way to setup a temporary directory for
 cache of feeds insted of hardcoding it in source ;)
+ i think there's some better way to get phpgw/egw charset (used to
 convert feeds to) instead of hardcoding on the source.

Probably i've also done a dozen of php errors.


But seems work. ;)
