Hi All!
I am looking for a feature/add-on that manages communication, particularly in
regard to project management. This would have the ability to set specific
categories, timestamps, subject, details, and so forth.
For example, I send an email to someone working on a project, I create an
entry:
Subject: email to Dan about the new job X in project Y
Details: What does he think? Any suggestions.
Subject: Reply from Dan about the new job X in project Y
Details: His suggestions....
It would be great to be able integrate this into the project management to
keep track of things. Perhaps you could have seperate entries for the
projects and jobs. However, I would be happy with a stand-alone module.
I was thinking of possibly along the lines of the trouble tickets, where you
have a history of each ticket. There is no seperation between subject and
details, but I'm not picky. I am just looking for a an easy way to manage the
communication.
Regards,
jimmo
