Looks like the missing part is a group number.  Logging in as Admin I can't
get into her account to assign a group.  It gives the same error.  Webmin
won't let me edit phpgw_acl becasue:
Data in this table cannot be edited because it has no primary key.

How do I get a correct value in there?
