[Phpgroupware-users] can not delete user from phpgroupware

Hi, all,

When I was trying to delete user from phpgroupware, I got the following 
messages.

UNABLE TO WRITE TO SQL LOG FILE*

I am using:
phpgroupware 0.9.16.005.
PHP 4.3.8 (cli) (built: Nov 29 2004 14:30:19)
psql (PostgreSQL) 7.4.6

What could be the problem? Can anybody shed light on how to fix it?
