Here are my settings.

LDAP accounts context: ou=accounts,o=greene,c=US  (existied from
OpenGroupware)

LDAP groups context: ou=groups,o=greene,c=US    (Added for PHPGW)

LDAP rootdn: cn=manager,o=greene,c=US
