[Phpgroupware-users] chora setup

Am trying to set up chora.
horde docs aren't much use as they are only horde oriented
docs in phpgw distribution are obscure at best.

Apparently am unable to identify CVS repositiories, possibly because of a lack 
of
CVSROOT setting,  possible because of perms.
