[Phpgroupware-users] setup issues

Oh....
the login screen is a bit corrupted.....
it has two empty boxes and two buttons but it was not clear that one button was 
for a
different part of set-up than the other.....
I know the header is being written, so I will try to the lower button...... and 
see if
that gets me any futher.....
