[Phpgroupware-users] upgrade 0.9.14 => 0.9.16 failed

Hi all,

I've got a problem for upgrade my installation. To be sure that my 
database isn't the origin of the problem, I do a basic install of 
0.9.14.007 in /var/www/phpgw-0.9.14.007 with a symbolic link /var/www/phpgw.
I add the calendar application and create demo accounts.

All works fine.

I install the 0.9.16.000-1 in /var/www/phpgw-0.9.16.000-1 and copy the 
header.php.inc from 0.9.14 to the new installation.

The symbolic link is now for the new folder.

I upgrade the header file with the setup and after, I try an application 
upgrade and I've got this error:

"Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in 
/var/www/phpgroupware-0.9.16.000-1/phpgwapi/setup/tables_update.inc.ph p 
on line 1696"

I've got the same error with the 0.9.16.003 version :(

Someone has an idea?
