make sure you have filemanager/templates/default/admin.tpl, should be
something like:
-rw-r--r--  1 user group  421 Feb 25  2004 admin.tpl

and admin/templates/default/account_form.tpl
-rw-r--r--  1 user group 3074 Feb 26  2004 account_form.tpl

CVS shows that these files haven't been modified in 7 months, and were
modified by Ceb to add teh quota fields.

I haven't checked the tarball.
