[Phpgroupware-users] time shifting

i'm sweating a little calendar date shifting problem...  I'm getting
complaints from users that events are changing times on them.  I just
got an example.  A doctor's appt for 2:30 pm has been switched to 7:30
pm.  5 hours = our offset from gmt...  anybody have a suggestion for how
to track this down?

i've checked through the bugs list and don't see anything like this...

maybe I've just done something stupid.
