[Phpgroupware-users] Sitemgr not showing web site

Hi All,

I'm testing out sitemgr and I can't seem to get it to show the web site.
I get an error page instead saying that the page cannot be displayed.  I
have the site configured as follows:

Site name English - Test Site
Site description English - Test Site
Default home page index - [Show Site Index] 
Template select - 3D-Fantasy
Languages - en

I have not changed any of the other preferences.  Any ideas?
