[Phpgroupware-users] Admin setup error ???

Hello All,

I have installed 0.9.16.000

I go through the entire setup procedure as outlined on the WiKi, and all is
going well. At the last step where I create the admin account, when I click
to Save, I get this error message.

I am using MySQL, PHP4, on a Debian 3.0 Unstable. I have a feeling I messed
up in the header setup but have not a clue where the error is. I have
deleted all the tables and ran through the procedure twice with the same
error message showing up.

Any ideas as to where I can find the SANFU?
