[Phpgroupware-users] Using phpgw email as default email client on a linux based system - now works

This concept has been possible on windows machines thanks to cw but now it
works on my fedora core 1 gnome system (should also work on kde)

It is hoped that it will be included in the next release .. but with the
instructions listed, it will work with 0.9.16
