[Phpgroupware-users] Problem upgrading from 9.14.007 to 9.16

I tried to do an upgrade from 9.14.007 9.16.000
when I tried to upgrade my DB tables it errored out.  I'm useing Postgresql 
7.3.4

This is the output that I received:

Anyone have an Idea what I'm doing wrong?
