[Phpgroupware-users] installation problems

Sorry folks

Maybe for an experienced admin my question seems really stupid, but i
stuck at this point during the installation of phpgroupware.

I have started http://myserver/phpgroupware/setup/manageheader.php and
got the following screen (manageheader.php.html). As you can see i left
the fields for server root and the include root free, because i have no
idea what information is really required at this point.

The result of writing the file with this missing information is attached
in errormanageheader.php.html.

I would appreciate any help.

Enable MCrypt True False
MCrypt version	Set this to "old" for versions < 2.4, otherwise the exact mcrypt version you use
MCrypt initilazation vector	It should be around 30 bytes in length. Note: The default has been randomly generated.
