Since you're working on it anyway, how about adding an url to the emailed event
reminders to jump to the event (would only work if they use phpgw as an email 
client
but that is okay with me)

Also, add a url link in the invitation notice to jump to the accept/reject 
screen
(this seems to have disappeared somewhere on my system)
