[Phpgroupware-users] Two new Patches...

I've submitted some patches on savannah that I thought might be of
interest to the group:

Patch 2313:
Gives users choice on whether or not to send an email to participants
when they add/edit an event. This is useful when you just want to
update the description, title, etc. (spelling errors specifically), and
don't need to send an update to all users when nothing has really
changed.

Patch 2316:
This patch gives admin the ability to give specific calendar rights to
different groups. For example, you can create a group that has
read-only access to the calendar. Or you can can create a group that
has edit only rights so they can fix mistakes but can't create any new
events. This patch requires you to make the group at least have
read-only rights. If you don't want that, then you can use the existing
ACL to prevent the Calendar app from being accessed.

Ps. I have another patch that I need to create later this week where a
user can add files to an event. Files are stored using the VFS.

Any questions/problems, let me know.
