This is the general rule. 16 has broken all of the rules from day 1.
This is how I am approaching 16.
The release is still a little flexible. Once RC2 is out it is
completely locked in.
This is my guide, if people disagree, speak up.
* Apps can be added/removed before RC2
* Minor features which are working will be accepted
16RC2 should be a lot more stable than RC1. I hope to get this out
soon. Just waiting on contacts and some other fixes.
