The app "backup" might be usefull for you.  I'm unsure if it's in the tarball 
but
you can add it to your 0.9.14.x install from cvs easily enough with the 
following
comand from your phpgroupware directory:
cvs -z6 co -r Version-0_9_14-branch backup
