You have not setup VFS correctly. Go to setup --> Step 2 Konfiguration 
and change the VFS-root-dir to an existing dir (outside the docroot of 
the webserver !).

It seems that the mysql-user 'literati_xmb1' has no full access (grant 
all) to the database 'literati_xmb2'. The installtion doc (link in setup 
--> header admin).
