[Phpgroupware-users] Ldap Problem

Hi there, Im having troubles with the ldap
(authorization and accounting)  installation.
I create the example accounts using the setup page,
but I can't validate with anyone.
I see that in the ldap directory the users are created
with crypt passwords, and if I change this password to
clear text the users can login.
Is there something Im missing?
Thanks in advance, Im just starting with ldap!
And ... Im sorry for my ugly english!
