[Phpgroupware-users] EMAIL Attachment Problems

If I try to attach a large zip file (2 or 3 megs) I get the "this page
cannot be displayed" page after pressing the attach button.  But I can
attach a smaller (200k) zip file with no problem.  I have the current
version of email and phpgw (14.005).  Is there an email size limit
problem? (my php.ini file specs to 100M).
