Hi again,

I did not see this message when replying to the follow up, so hopefully
I can answer the outstanding questions in this one :)

I was making the 3.0beta the minimum supported version for the old palm
sync interface. I found it to be pretty stable. The reason the work
stopped was problems with the client. This has now been resolved, but
I am currently travelling and snowed under.

I subscribe to the coldsync list, and there are signs of life there
again, it all went dead for a while - maybe check coldsync.org to see
if a date or new release is there :)

This is not correct, but the netsync daemon works out of the box, no
patches required :)

Hopegully some news early August. I plan to complete my work on a
generic sync interface, with the palm implementation being the first
cab off the rank, probably followed by evo then lookOut.

I plan to support calendar, notes, todo and the new contact backend,
hopefully I can work with Angles on email and with Ralf on infolog.

Cheers

Dave
