[Phpgroupware-users] calender reminders

Hi!

Are there any plans to implement a reminder system for appointments 
(like send an e-mail 1 hour or 1 day prior to the appointment, or, if 
logged on, pop-up a window?)

I realize, that this is difficult in pure PHP, it would need some 
outside triggering -  from cron e.g. - and thus be different between 
Linux and Windows, but aside from this problem it should not be too 
difficult, and very handy.
