Are you the person i went through this on irc twice in the last week?

Anyways ...

Go into admin->projects->administration
Select the sysadmin group - save
Go back in projects 
On the left hand side of the projects navbar should be activities -
click on it
Enter some activities - save each time
Click on projects

You should now see bookable/billable activities list
