I suggest having your users tweak their configuration by uninstalling AOL and
using a better service provider.
If I had a choice, this would've already been done! ;(
Seriously, I doubt this is a gw config
issue. Are you maybe tracking sessions using cookies, but some of your
users' clients are set not to accept the cookies?
I do have cookies enabled in phpGroupWare -- I'll try disabling them to see
if that improves it.
What versions of AOL are
these people using, and is the problem consistent across your user base and
across versions?
There are only two AOL users that I am aware of, and both of them have
upgraded to AOL 8.0.
