The error appears twice, on lines 393 and 394 of 
phpgwapi\inc\class.datetime.inc.php
(version 0.9.14.002 and
.501 are the same)

Yes, I understand this.  I have just spent more than half hour on
php.net searching for bugs and reading docs.   There appears to be a lot
of issues with mktime() ... not just on windoze boxes.

The problem I still have is where is the 1970 date?  What line number
did you change?
