[Phpgroupware-users] trouble after updating to 0.9.14.002 |

Hi there,
a few days ago I transferred the mysql database of my 0.9.14.000 working
instance of phpgoupware to a new server (RH 8), installed phpgw 0.9.14.002
afresh, made a cvs update and went through the process of setting up phpgw
again (because of the database update).
The database update went well, all the rest of the setup seemed to work
fine.
Now I have a lot of problems:
1. The least of them: I have to log in twice. I tried it several dozen
times now, and I am sure: The first and second login are identical. After
the first I get back to the login window, after the second I get in. Is
that a feature?
2. Most apps do not accept new entries or changes of existing entries. The
apps that work okay so far are email, calender, adress book.
The apps, that do not work, are:
Notes: If I create a new note and click on save, I come back to the empty
new note screen. The note is not saved. And I cannot change existing notes.
To-Do-List: Same as Notes.
Projekte: Same as Notes. And activities can nowhere be created.
Headlines: Cannot config the app.
Bookmarks: If I want to use a bookmark, a separate browser window appears
with the relative URL (that pointing to the ID of the bookmark in the
database), a lot of traffic between browser and server goes on, then the
server windows remains empty.
So I would like to know what is wrong with the whole thing. It cannot be
something simple like a wrong database user or whatever (then email and
calender and adress book would not work).
Is there a problem when updating from 0.9.14.000? As far as I remember,
9.0.14.001 did not require a new setup, so I left it out.
PLEASE HELP! I have gone back to writing on tiny scraps of paper ...
Dirk
