[Phpgroupware-users] default and forced settings/preferences are not working

Hi!

I set up phpgw 0.9.14.002 on a SuSE Linux 8.1 System with MySQL 3.23.52 
database.
On an admin account I set the "default" and "forced" prefs for the 
calendar app to send/receive eMail on changes. Afterwards I created
several user accounts on our IMAP-Mailserver and on phpgw.
But when I log in as one of these users, the eMail-notification is not 
activated. I happens to all settings in every app.

Is there somthing I forgot?
