Apache2 and php4.2.x have issues, make sure you are running at least php 4.3.x, 
and
even then you may have issues.  Due to these bugs between apache2 and php, phpgw
runs best under apache 1.3.x.  Eventualy the php and apache guys will get it 
worked
out.  So yet again RH put out a distro with components that are not production
ready, as admited by the authors of said components.

The header is modified through the setup app, you can either set world write
or "view" and copy paste the file contents in place, as described in the how-to.
