That BTS are builded for tracking bugs of software, while a TTS is a
generic trouble ticketing system.

I'll need (sooner or later) a system that can help our personnel to
track all the little problem we have in our buidings (doors that won't
close, light bulb broken, ...), and can i also use for this bugzilla (or
anthill), but clearly is better a specialized tools... ;)))
