what's the login name of the one that failed?  There is a list of usernames that
are denied by default for security because they are common system users.  This 
list
of users and groups is near the top of 
phpgwapi/inc/class.accounts_shared.inc.php.
If you want to re-enable one just remove it from the list, though to maintain
security this is not recomended.
