Shure chriss...

1.- You need to make shure in step 2 (where you configure the app
itself) of the setup that the files directory is writable by the web
server if you want the file manager app (was phpwebhosting) to let you
upload files....

2.- The contact list importer should work fine (it did here) but it
depends on your outlook's language. I recomend the generic csv (comma
separated value) importer.

3.- The apps are installed in step 3 of the setup process and you
canmake them available through the applications section of the admin
app...
