[Phpgroupware-users] Problems with FTP

Ok,

  I've installed and have running phpgroupware 0.9.14 on Red Hat 7.3 ..
PHP version is the latest from updates

php-4.1.2-7.3.6
apache-1.3.27-2
mysql-3.23.49-3

All additional modules etc installed...  BUT I'm having trouble with the
ftp section.  2 things.

1.  If you decend down into a directory tree you can't go back up the
same path.  Once you are down into a tree the only way back out is the
back button (maybe) or logout log back in. Clicking on the .. symbol
only yeilds a screen refresh.

2.  The upload feature doesn't work.. Even though the same uname and
password works with standard FTP. I can chose the file click the upload
button... The screen refreshes (after a time that varies) and no upload
occured.  Same is true for create dir. 

  Download is working fine and I'm not getting any errors in /var/log. 
I've tested this with Mozilla Netscape Opera and IE and still get the
same results.
