[Phpgroupware-users] Newbie installation problem

Hi everybody.
I installed phpgroupware from the rpm contained in Linux Mandrake 8.2
Running: PostgreSQL, Apache on a single machine (no netwrok connection) 
acting as server and client.

When I run my web browser and open the setup I get the following error:

Parse error in /var/www/html/phpgroupware/header.inc.php on line 43
fatal error: call to undefined function: createobject() in /../login.php 
on line 25

Any help will be appreciated.
