After .001 came out, there was some improvement in the LDAP auth. for 
users. However, as I tested it, I found that only the last user in the 
existing LDAP data store was being displayed when I went into the option to 
use existing LDAP accounts for pGW. I've updated the schema as defined in 
the README, and can connect to the LDAP store, but I'm not seeing all the 
users to enable them to be defined as pGW users.
