    I recall another issue that was more diabolical under IIS.  IIS doesn't
let you set a cookie and redirect a page at the same time.  This means that
when logging in there needs to be an intermediate page for the redirect.
It's a very annoying limitation, but it only causes problems in a very few
places -- one of them is in the login screen.  I might have my fix around
somewhere, but again, this was to version 0.9.12, so you won't be able to
just drop it in.
