I was just going to say something on these lines too.  Without reconciliation I
really doubt CK-Ledger will win out over QuickBooks.

Most established companies either outsource payroll or alreay have a standalone
package for it.  Most new companies will have a small enough payroll that doing 
it
manualy will be a lot less work than working around not having bank
reconciliation.  IMO, adding reconciliation would be furthering the current 
feature
set toward completion while adding Payroll would extening the feature set.

I haven't heard back on the demo I did, they are still toying with it, but 
without
reconciliation I'd be suprized if they go for it.  And these people are the 
type to
get one package and never change till they outgrow it.
