[Phpgroupware-users] Install of phpgroupware to Red Hat 8/Apache 2.0

Hello again,

I am still attempting to install phpgroupware on a Red Hat 8 box with 
Apache 2. I installed the new release (0.9.14.001) but still with the 
same result--that the admin application is not installed. Has this 
program been tested with Red Hat 8?
