it sort of already is, starting with .14 the CVS dirs are in the tarball so all
one
has to do is run `cvs -z6 update -dP` to get all the updates. Trouble is, cvs
has
a tendancy to add garbage that either requires a manual edit to fix or delete
the
offended file and co it again. Usualy this only happens to files that have been
edited, either for debuging or just poking around and causing the timestamp to
change, but I have seen it happen to files that were never touched in any way
too.
