[Phpgroupware-users] mix up of database entries (phpgw_accounts) during registration (maybe simultaneous access problem)

hello all,

i'm experiencing major database problems at critical
time:

records for field `account_lid ` (user name) are being
overwritten during registration.

perhaps this is happening when more that one person
attempts to register at same time?

typical sequence:
1. Person A chooses user name
2. enters addressbook data & password
(main.php?menuaction=registration.boreg.step1)
3. submits
4. login failure as another user, also registering,
has just overwritten Person A's login name!

platform etc.:
Release - pgw_0_914-RC4
Linux Red Hat 6.x
Mcrypt 4.0.x
Immediate activation of account
