"/var/www/html/phpgroupware/path/to/temp/dir/addressbook_impo" especially the
"/path/to/temp/dir/" part.  You haven't properly set your temp dir in setup.  
It can
be any where you want, but you need to create the dir and make it writtable by 
the
user the web server runs as.
