Thanks for the help with this. The problem was that the admin app
wasn't getting installed. So, I went into manage applications and
installed it and now everything is working except for the headlines
piece, posted with different subject.

By remover, i mean in setup, that's why I said leave the files.
Removing the files without first removing in setup will cause errors.
