Anyone know what could be causing this?

i just moved my site and changed the physical path.

I see that the filename isn't accurate because its a file with /setup..... concatenated onto it, but what could be causing it.

 

also, if i try to login thru the login screen, it just goes back to login.php again with no bad login error or anything.

 

pleeze help!!!!
