WHAT?  Why is this necessary?

I'd like to make a strong suggestion that at LEAST all the users be added to 
group
read records under the company directory with KEY information abaible with NO
FURTHER. clicking, hacking or Cron.

All companies need a company directory.  Make an opt out option if more privacy
is needed for any particular individual.
