Ok I am switching to phpwebhosting but I have a question about it.. I am
not sure how to set it up so that other users can see my folder, or how to
set a shared folder...

I am using IE 6.0 to download the files. I have not checked off the box
default mime type in phpwebhosting so I will try that now.

Firstly if you are running .14 please use phpwebhosting (it now
replaces filemanager and is the process of being renamed)

It sounds like a mime-type encoding issue ... what does the file mime
type listed in filemanager/phpwebhosting?? Also what version of IE are
you running??
